1. Assumption of Risk

 

I understand and acknowledge that participation in activities at The Bolt Studios involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, use of lighting equipment, power tools, cords, set pieces, props, vehicles, elevated platforms, electrical equipment, weather exposure, and physical exertion.

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with entering and using the studio premises.

2. Release of Liability/Negligence 

 

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Bolt Studios, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, injuries, or losses, including those arising from the negligence of The Bolt Studios, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.

3. Medical Responsibility

I acknowledge that The Bolt Studios does not provide medical insurance or medical care. I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of injury, illness, or accident occurring on the premises.

4. Personal Property Disclaimer

The Bolt Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to cameras, lenses, hard drives, wardrobe, props, or vehicles.

5. Guest & Crew Responsibility

If I am booking the studio on behalf of a group, production, or company, I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that all members of my party comply with studio rules and safety guidelines, and I accept responsibility for their actions and any resulting damages or injuries.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and defend The Bolt Studios against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my use of the studio or the actions of anyone in my party.

7. Photo / Video Release

I grant The Bolt Studios permission to use photographs or video footage captured on the premises for promotional or documentation purposes, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

8. Binding Agreement & Electronic Acceptance

I understand that by checking the box below, I am electronically signing this agreement, and that this waiver is legally binding and enforceable under Texas law.
